WeLCoMe to Novocastrian Quilters Inc.

Novocastrian Quilters is an association which brings together people living in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & surrounding areas who have an interest in fabrics, patchwork & quilting. We welcome guests of all skill levels, interests & abilities. 

We would LoVe to have you join us AND we have a "try before you buy" policy, so why not come along & meet our friendly & talented members. 

Some of the activities we organise are:

• Workshops... conducted by local & visiting tutors.
• Technique classes... usually at group meetings & are usually free of charge to members.
• Bus trips to places of interest.
• The making of community quilts for donation to local organisations.
• Fundraising activities for local charities.

Available to members:

• We have a library which is constantly being updated & books may be borrowed by members.
• We have an "Accuquilt" fabric cutter & several dies available for members use for FREE.
• We produce a monthly newsletter to keep members informed of events & activities.
• We have a Facebook page for members to follow / join.

At Our Meetings:

• Information, hints and tips are shared while we enjoy our craft.
• Morning tea is offered... free of charge.

• New Lambton Community Center... 

                                     14 Alma Road, New Lambton. NSW.

• Tuesday: 
• On every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month... 9.30am - 1.30pm. 
• Modern Quilters- every 3rd Tuesday Night...6.00pm - 9.00pm.

• Saturday: On each 3rd Saturday of every month- 9.30am - 2.00pm.

• Friday Night: 

         Lakelands Community Hall, 

         135 Ambleside Cir, Lakelands. NSW.

•   On every 2nd & 4th Friday... 6.00pm - 9.00pm

Fees:

• Annual membership - due 30th June  -  $30.00  from July 2022
• Initial Joining fee -                                   $15.00
• Junior membership -                               $ 5.00
