There are usually three "swaps" per year where members buy a kit & make up the blocks as instructed. All the blocks are then brought to the last meeting of the quarter & a name randomly drawn. Whoever is drawn wins ALL the blocks!! Sometimes there is more than one draw depending on numbers.
You can buy more than one kit at a time & kits are available at any meeting up until hand in time or until packs are exhausted.
